We are having a blast in Mammoth! Snow is everywhere, the kids are loving the winter weather, and we couldn’t be happier. There’s something about the mountains that makes you slow down a bit to enjoy the simple things. Yesterday, we explored my parent’s new neighborhood, made an old-school snowman, and are still having a perpetual snowball fight. Today, we went tubing for the first time and I was shocked at the speed you gain on that hill! While the day started with a bit of anxiety, it ended in pure excitement and thrills.
Thankfully, we’ve stayed warm the entire time. The kids haven’t complained once about being cold and everyone has stayed dry. Today, I wanted to share the gear we’ve been sporting; not only will you look stylish, but these picks will keep you warm and dry.
