I’m all about the simple pleasures in life…a strong cup of coffee, a good HomeGoods trip, things that make my kids laugh and TV night with my hubby. It’s the little things that bring such joy.
The kids have begun playing dress up and it’s quite entertaining. It ranges from someone being the chef, the server and the patron. Other times it’s a mermaid getting a check up from a doctor or a doctor eating at a restaurant. It’s so fun to watch their imaginations!
After searching on Pinterest for more ways to organize the playroom, I came across this genius way to hang their dress up clothes. This wall was wasted space behind the door and I even had an extra curtain rod in the garage. It was very easy to install, you can adjust the length and creates the perfect closet system. I know this rack will soon be filled with more fun costumes!
Our kids are all about treats and desserts, it’s their ultimate motivation. We range from a piece of chocolate, an Oreo cookie, or a bowl of ice cream. I’ve been trying to branch out for an extra incentive in getting them to finish their meals and was excited when I came across this super easy Banana Cream Pie in a jar. It took me less than 10 minutes to make and was a big success amongst the kids.
Ingredients (serves 5)
1 packet banana cream pudding mix

1 box Nilla Wafers (average 6 cookies per serving)
1 banana
