Color All Day! -

I remember watching my mom do her makeup in the morning before work…blue eyeshadow, rosy cheeks, and red lipstick; she looked gorgeous! The colors added a touch of freshness, femininity, and confidence. I loved watching her.

Today, I do my makeup almost everyday. It’s not that I feel a “need” to, but I enjoy how it makes me feel. It feels like the kickoff for the day, after which I’m ready for anything. After all, if I’m being honest, I need to be ready for all of life’s craziness with three kids in tow. Needless to say, I have grown to enjoy my time before everyone is up and I can mentally prepare for the day.

About a year ago, a friend introduced me to one of my favorite products, LipSense. It’s a long lasting, kiss proof, food proof lip color. I was skeptical at first, as I loved my Mac lipstick (I had over a dozen tubes); however, when I tried LipSense, my world was changed. The color lasted all day, through coffee, kisses, meals, morning, and through the night! My husband loved that I could give him a kiss without leaving pink smudge all over him. The kids thought that it was “magic” when I tried to wipe color on them, and yet nothing came off. In our house, we called it the “magic lipstick!”

I used it for a little over a year, after which I decided to become a distributor…which was the best decision ever! A year later, I’ve reconnected with old friends and made invaluable new ones, all the while sharing this amazing product.
