Happy Hour!

Cheers! It’s Friday. There’s something about having a fun cocktail on a Friday night that kicks off the weekend.  Lucky for me, my husband Vince is a great mixologist who enjoys concockting drinks and entertaining. Here’s a fun cocktail he cooked up…

“The Red-Headed Gimlet”
Ingredients
1.5 Oz Sutlers Small Batch Gin
0.5 Oz Domaine De Canton French Ginger
Simple Syrup
6 Mint Leafs
Champagne
Instructions….
Muddle Mint, Lime and Simple Syrup in Shaker
Add Ice, Gin liquor and Stir
Pour into High Ball glass
Top with Champagne
Garnish with Lime and Mint
