Temperatures are starting to fall and the leafs are changing! Who else is excited to throw on their cozy sweaters, bundle up, and enjoy the cooler weather? Ever since we moved from North Carolina to Texas, I’ve had to slightly adjust my mindset. Before, I lived for the summer season; longing for the warm sunshine and days at the pool, while dreading the winter months filled with snow and blistering cold days. Now, I am the complete opposite! I anxiously await the fall and winter months, they are truly Houston’s best seasons of the year. The weather is almost never too chilly or too warm, and it’s the perfect time to sport your favorite jeans, sweaters, or scarfs.
For those that are new here, I’m your everyday mom. My days typically involve getting my three kids up and off to school, running errands, doing house chores, and finishing it off with school pick up. Every now and then, I’m able to throw in a girls get-together or a fun date night with my hubby, Vince. With all of that, I aim for a style that is simple, though has a twist of trendiness.
