It’s apple season!  Who else has way too many apples in their house with no way to consume them all?  My kids eat an apple a day and we still have a ridiculous amount!  So, onto Pinterest I went and found this adorable recipe.  It’s super easy, fast and delicious!

Apple Pie Bites

Ingredients (serves 8)

2 Sliced Apples (I used Honeycrisp)

3 Heaping Tbsp. Brown Sugar

3 Tbsp. Cinnamon Sugar

2 Tbsp. Melted Butter

1 Pkg. Crescent Rolls

Instructions

Pre heat oven 350 degrees

Roll out dough on a greased cookie sheet

Brush dough with melted butter

Sprinkle Cinnamon Sugar over all 8 rolls

Sprinkle Brown Sugar over all 8 rolls

Slice Apples

Roll an apple in dough forming a crescent

Top with cinnamon sugar – repeat for all 8 rolls

Bake for 12-14 minutes at 350 degrees

Remove from oven and enjoy!

Such an easy treat that’s tasty and perfect for everyone. You can also top it with Reddi Wip or vanilla ice cream for some extra goodness.  I hope you’re able to try this recipe and enjoy it as much as our family does!
