The last two weeks were so nice having my mom here; nothing better than extra love and hands to help with the kids.
Today, I wanted to share an easy yet sweet detail you can add to your child’s room or playroom. On one of our many shopping adventures, my mom and I came across this window frame at Kirkland’s. I thought it’d be perfect for the playroom above the kid’s kitchen 🙂 It was a little more distressed than I hoped but it was an easy fix with some paint. We then ran over to Target and bought a curtain rod and an adorable buffalo check valance. It’s the perfect hint of farmhouse mixed with a modern touch. Now, we’ve revamped a wall that was originally a blank slate into a cute picture window. The kids love it! They’re eager to add some craft pieces in the windows. Something so easy and sweet!
