Happy Wednesday! The weekend is almost here and I have some delicious cocktails for you. Fortunately, Vince (my husband) is a great cocktail master and enjoys coming up with different cocktails. We enjoy the art of making drinks together and catching up after a long work week. Here are some of our favorites, we hope you enjoy them and can try one or two this weekend!
“Spring Bramble”
Ingredients…
1.5 Oz Sutlers Small Batch Gin
0.5 Oz Lime Juice
0.5 Oz Simple Syrup
5 Blackberries
4 Mint Leafs
Champagne
Instructions….
Muddle Mint, Lime and Blackberries in Shaker
Add Ice, Gin liquor, Simple Syrup & Stir
Strain into High Ball glass
Top with Champagne
Garnish with Mint and BlackBerry
“The Gonzalez” (A rendition of the classic Martinez)
Ingredients…
1.5 Oz Conniption Navy Strength Gin
1 Oz Sweet Vermouth
0.5 Oz Lime Juice
Luxardo Maraschino Liquor
Angostura Bitters
Club Soda if desired
Mint
Instructions…
Combine Gin, Sweet Vermouth and Lime Juice in Shaker over Ice and Stir
Strain into glass and add a splash of Luxardo Maraschino Liquor
Add 2 dashes of Bitters
Top with Club Soda if desired
Garnished with Mint
“I’ll have what she’s having”
Ingredients…
1.5 Oz Conniption Navy Strength Gin
0.5 Oz Chambord
0.5 Oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Luxardo Maraschino Liquor
Lamarca Prosecco
Lemon Peel
Instructions…
Combine Gin, Chambord and Lemon Juice in Shaker over Ice and Stir
Strain into glass and add a splash of Luxardo Maraschino Liquor
Top with Lamarca Prosecco
Garnished with Lemon Peel
l’italiano agrodolce (The Bittersweet Italian)
Ingredients…
1.5 Oz Hendricks Gin
0.5 Oz Campari
0.5 Oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
Simple Syrup
Scrappy’s Grapefruit Bitters
Champagne
Rosemary
Griottines Cherries
Instructions…
Combine Gin, Campari and Fresh Grapefruit Juice in Shaker over Ice and Stir
Strain into glass and add a splash of Simple Syrup
Add 2 dashes of Scrappy’s Grapefruit Bitters
Top with Champagne
Garnish with Rosemary & Griottines Cherries
